We are Danielle and Anthony Fam MDs and we are bringing the neighborhood doctors back to downtown San Diego and to you.

We have been disappointed by the industrial, insurance-dictated model of primary care so we have decided to return to patient-centered care.

Your low cost membership-based model provides you unlimited visits, free medications right from the office, no copays, and a long term collaborative relationship.

You have a one time registration fee of $195 (waived for annual payments) and a low $395 per month membership, regardless of number of visits you need. You can separate your cost from your healthcare and get the guidance you need.
